Small Generation Interconnection Application

Please print off, complete and return the Small Generation Interconnection Application (link below) to ERPPD a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the your generation being interconnected to ERPPD’s distribution system.

Small Generation Interconnection Application

To ensure that your installation goes as smoothly as possible please be prepared for the following:

1. The customer-generator will meet with a designated representative of ERPPD to discuss interconnection requirements including any potential additional costs that may be assessed and to assist with proper sizing of generation resource to meet the customer’s load.
2. ERPPD’s interconnection agreement must be signed and approved by both the customer-generator and ERPPD prior to the member’s generation being attached to the ERPPD distribution system. A copy of the interconnection agreement will be provided upon receipt of this initial application.
3. Prior to the interconnection of the member’s net metering installation, the member must provide written proof of inspection certification from the Nebraska State Electrical Division to the ERPPD.
4. The generation facility must meet all applicable safety, performance, interconnection, and reliability standards established by the National Electrical Code, the National Electrical Safety Code, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.
