Elkhorn RPPD is governed by a nine member Board of Directors representing three subdivisions in Elkhorn’s service area. Each Director is elected to a six-year term. Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at the main office, 206 N. 4th Street, Battle Creek. These meetings are open to the public.
